Cutting is actually really easy, the only thing you need to do is go online and figure out how many calories your body will be needing to maintain weight. Once you get this number subtract it by 500. This new number will tell you how many calories you need to eat per day to lose weight. If you are trying to bulk, you just need to do the same thing but add 500 rather than subtract.

3-Workout with heavy weight

Regardless of whether you are going through a bulking phase or a cutting phase, you are always going to want to train with heavier weight. The reason is actually really simple, heavy weight builds muscle and the more muscle you have the more fat you will be burning.
